Our chef aims to please your palate, and ensure that you will have a wonderful dining experience. Special meal requests can be made when booking your reservation.
Hearty breakfasts are served in the morning before departing for the day's fishing trip. You will take a fisherman's lunch along with you to the boat. In the evening you will return to the comforts of the lodge on Cook Inlet for a delicious dinner. Welcome to Jimmie Jack's Lodge!

Our chef, Jason, studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Dallas. Jason is an excellent chef and enjoys preparing Alaskan dishes. He is a connoisseur of great coffee so your mornings will be special. Jimmie Jack says, "Jason is so incredibly conscientious and detailed that I should let him help me cure the bait!"
