Big Iron Captain - Art Miller, aka "Moochie" Greetings everyone! Captain Art here! Fishing, hunting, surfing and blue water spear fishing has been a way of life and leisure since my youth growing up in San Diego. At fourteen I got my dream job as a deck hand on a sport fishing boat. At eighteen I got my 100 ton captains license and the ocean became a big highway, taking me from Alaska to Panama and beyond. But, Alaska is special no doubt, and calls me back year after year. Hey I know special. I live on the big island of Hawaii where I can fish year round for monster pelagics. In Alaska, I am with Jimmie Jack and the crew serving groups of the nicest people from around the world whose mission is fun, fishing and adventure. I am also thrilled to be involved in the creation of lifetime memories and friendships.
Full Day Multi-Species Fishing Trips leaves at 8:00am and return at 6:00pm. You will experience a fully guided and outfitted "Multi-Species" fishing trip out of Seward, Alaska. Jimmie Jack's Captain will put you on silver salmon, lingcod and rockfish. This is fishing paradise! Boat limits are common. The bag limits are for this charter are: 3 Silver Salmon, 1 Lingcod, and 4 Rockfish. All trips are fully guided and outfitted with all fishing gear, bait, and fish filleting. While on your fishing trip you will see the spectacular scenery and wildlife of Resurrection Bay and Kenai Fjords National Park. Bring your camera for shots of glaciers, whales, puffins, bald eagles, sea otters, and more.
